The notion of the ‘Right to Repair’ is arisen in the mind of every peoples as difficulties faces by them in terms of lack of spare parts availability in open market and poor technology updates hence the need for enactment of Right to Repair Act is necessary in the prevailing situation for which our Council has prepared a representation letter and sent to concerned ministries for its enactment.
