Ensure to strictly implement the order on ban of using newspapers for packing or sucking foodstuffs

Representation letter given to Collector of Kanyakumari District to be ensured to strictly implement the order of High Court in consonance with advisory letter of FSSAI regarding ban on usage of newspaper for sucking or absorbing excess oils from eatables/snacks such as Bujji, Bonda, Samosa etc. in hotels, tea shops, bakeries and street vendors in Kanyakumari District- Encourage to use alternative method of tissue papers for that purpose

Enactment of Right to Repair Act in India

The notion of the ‘Right to Repair’ is arisen in the mind of every peoples as difficulties faces by them in terms of lack of spare parts availability in open market and poor technology updates hence the need for enactment of Right to Repair Act is necessary in the prevailing situation for which our Council has prepared a representation letter and sent to concerned ministries for its enactment.
